Do you take my insurance?
We are in network with most PPO plans, including Delta Dental, Cigna, Aetna, MetLife, Guardian, Blue Cross Blue Shield, UnitedHealthcare, Humana and GEHA. Call us and we will help you make the most of your benefits.
Can you see me today for a toothache?
We offer same-day appointments for toothaches and dental emergencies. Call (435) 628-5505 as early as you can.
What does the $99 new patient special include?
A comprehensive exam, a 3D X-ray, digital X-rays and a healthy-mouth cleaning for $99 (a $527 value). The cleaning in the special is for patients without active gum (periodontal) disease. If you need a deeper gum cleaning, that is a different treatment and isn't part of the special.

Yes. We are a family office with kids activities and TVs in every treatment room, so visits are easy for the whole family.
